Belgian Spring Camp 2013
We’re very happy to invite you to this international Shinkyokushin camp! Participants from all organizations are welcome, starting from the age of 14.
1.1 Instructors

1.2 Time and place
The Spring Camp will take place at Bredene (Belgium), next to the beach (North Sea). We will be welcomed at Hotel Horizon vzw , Koerslaan 1, 8450 Bredene, Belgium.The camp starts at Friday May 3th (check-in between 17:30 and 19:00)
The camp ends on Sunday May 5th in the afternoon (around 14:30)
1.3 Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated in rooms in a large sports hotel. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom and toilet.1.4 Price
Total price comes at 130€.The Spring Camp fee covers all meals from Saturday till Sunday lunch and beverages during the meals.

1.5 Never give up Sayonara Party
Don’t forget your Party Spirit! Those who have been at previous sayonara parties, know that the Belgians are crazy and love to party. Be there on Saturday evening as from 20.30hr.1.6 Examination
On Friday evening, you have the ability to get graded for 4th kyu or above. Please ask your sensei to inform us by email to info@bkos.be1.7 Organizer & legal considerations
The Spring Camp is organized on behalf of WKO Branch Belgian Karate Organization Shinkyokushin vzw.Participants have to organize their own insurance. The organizer will reject any responsibility in case of injury or theft. Participants under the age of eighteen should obtain “acceptance for participation” from their parents or legal guardian. Please have this with you at the beginning of the camp (or send this in advance to info@bkos.be).
A 50 EUR cancellation fee applies after April 15th. In case of illness, please contact info@bkos.be.
1.8 Signing up for the Belgian Spring Camp 2012
If possible, please combine all registrations per dojo by using the application form below. You can send it back to info@bkos.be before April 15th. The participation fee can be wired to the account below by mentioning “Spring Camp 2013 + Name + Dojo”.Please keep in mind we will be registering you on a “first come, first serve” basis!
