Championships held in the town of Lloret de Mar (Girona) on

May 3, 2014, at the Sports City (address: Carrer dels Mestres s/n,

17310 Lloret de Mar, Girona).

This session will be held in morning and evening, being distributed categories as follows:

 Saturday morning in time 09:30 to 13:30 hours the categories:

KUMITE:

-   Cadet   14 – 15 years men and women.

-   Junior 14 – 15 years men and women.

-   Sub 21 18 – 19 – 20 years men.

 KATA:

- Absolute man and women.

 Saturday evening in time 15:00 to 21:00 hours  KUMITE:

-   Absolute men and women

Each of the categories will be distributed in kumite weights specified in this information, being Kumite competition open to all groups and organizations, recognized internationally.

 The kata tournament is absolute from 16 years and participation is restricted to members of the All Kyokushin Union.

HOW GET TO LLORET DE MAR

 Lloret is a municipality in the province of Girona, with magnificent beaches and countless coves.

It is well connected by its proximity to the Barcelona El Prat International Airport (90 km) where there several bus companies that made the trip to Lloret de Mar.

Airport Girona Costa Brava (30 km) where as the airport of

Barcelona, there is good communication to the city.

With car is connected to the Highway AP 7 Exit 9.

 The TOP ROYAL STAR four-star hotel located five minutes walk from the sports center, and the center of the village and its beaches.

 In the TOP ROYAL STAR hotel, as the official hotel of the tournament, will be made registration, weighing, identifications referees, coaches and competitors, referee meeting and European Meeting of the Kyokushin Dojo Union.

 Attached to this circular are included in PDF format sheets for booking the Hotel. It is important at the time of booking it is for the European Championships, to qualify for this offer of accommodation.

The kata competition will be held under the official rules of the

Kyokushin Union.

Are two different kata groups, obligatory and kata optional:

General rules of the competition

 - Entries will be accepted only those made on the official form which is attached.

- The organization of the event reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the categories in the event that there is a minimum inscription.

-The  competition  is  open  to  any  group  or  organization  recognized internationally, being able to participate different groups in the same

country.

-Registration  of  coaches   will   be   determined   by   the   number  of competitors registered for each club in the categories.

 The last day for registration of competitors, coaches and referees date is on April 6, obligatory sending them in official mail format direcciontecnica@kyokushincatalunya.com

Each competitor must be in possession of accident insurance.

The visa application is permitted until 02 March to mail kco@kyokushincatalunya.com

The entry fee per competitor in the categories cadet, junior, under-21, all senior and kata is € 25.00 per competitor.

The competitor who participates in kata and kumite modalities will have a unique registration 40,00 €.

The official weigh the following documents will be delivered:

- Parental authorization (under 18 years)

- Disclaimer form (over 18 years)

- ID or Passport

- Registration Fee

Only morning 15.00 € and only evening 20.00 €. Ticket entrance morning and evening 20.00 €.

Free access to children under 12 years.
